The traffic in the Philippines is getting worse with the passing of time due to a number of reasons. And one of the answer that u-Hop initially thought that could help lessen the problem is by decreasing the cars passing by the roads through carpooling, said Chairman dela Cruz.

We have studied the traffic problems in the Philippines thoroughly and have been researching since 2001 to come up with a solution that could lessen traffic and at the same making the transport service convenient, affordable, safe and efficient to the commuters, he added.

To make the carpooling convenient to the commuters, u-Hop created an application that pools passenger with the same pick up and drop point and assign them to a vehicle, he stressed.

Through this, instead of bringing their private car or taking a cab individually, they’re being grouped to share their rides in just one vehicle, the Chairman said further.

As we develop the application, we are continuously adding benefits and value for the passengers and through the use of technology, u-Hop is developing safety measure and enhancing the way every Juan commutes, dela Cruz elaborated on.

Mayweather in the said press conference said that in the coming fight of Senator Manny Pacquiao against WBA Walter weight champion Lucas Mattysse on July 15, he wishes him Victory. “We’re in the Philippines, we all gonna wish Manny good Luck” “This fight will be very exciting”.

It may be recalled that in 2015, Floyd Mayweather beat Manny Pacquiao in their mega – fight held at MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas where one judge gave on score of 116-112 and other a 118-110 score. (PSciJourn MegaManila)
