Castriciones (left) and Legal Service Director Resty Osias (right) the Certificate of Landownership Award (CLOA), as heir to his father, Guillermo Saure.

Guillermo, who is the  original tenant of Marcelino Veloso of Sitio Calunasan, Barangay Basud, San Isidro, Leyte, died last March 2018. As the actual tiller of the 2.4 hectare property, Antonio is aware that the title will be transferred to him through succession

His father was included as one of the recipients when the DAR distributed a total of  429 CLOAs to 457 agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs), which effectively transferred the ownership of the 638.30 hectares of agricultural land to the ARBs in the provinces of Leyte-Biliran and Southern Leyte.
