Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- Police authorities continue to score anew on illegal drugs as more than Php 3M worth of suspected shabu and marijuana were seized in a separate anti-illegal drug bust operations on January 29, 2022.

PRO3 Regional Director PBGEN MATTHEW P BACCAY said that joint elements of City Drug Enforcement Unit, Malolos CPS conducted anti-illegal drug bust operation at Brgy. Panasahan, City of Malolos, Bulacan which led to the arrest of John Archie SABADO y Argulla, 32 years old, male, resident of Bongabon, Nueva Ecija and his 17-year-old cohort. Twenty (20) bricks of suspected dried marijuana with an estimated value of Php 2,800,000.00 were seized from the suspects.

Meanwhile, five (5) suspected drug peddlers identified as: Arturo TRINOS; Norilyn MARIANO; Annalyn DUPRA; Sanny BERNARDO; and a 17-year-old minor, all residents of Minuyan Proper, CSJDM, Bulacan were arrested by joint operatives of PDEA RO-3 Bulacan PO, PIB, PDEU and SJDM CPS during anti-illegal drug bust operation at Minuyan Proper, CSJDM, Bulacan. Twelve (12) pieces of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing approximately 50 grams with DDB value of Php 400,000.00 were seized from the suspects.

Total evidence collected from their possession were twelve (12) pieces of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing approximately 50 grams with a DDB value of Php 400,000.00 and twenty (20) bricks of suspected dried marijuana with an estimated value of Php 2,800.000.00.

Appropriate criminal complaints were prepared for court referral, while the apprehended minors were turned over to the respective City Social Welfare and Development Office.

The top cop of Region 3 lauded the operating troops and stated that with the constant arrest and neutralization of illegal drug personalities as well as the unremitting commitment of Central Luzon police force to stop its proliferation, illegal drug traders will have less opportunity to carry out their nefarious  activities.
