CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Police Regional Office 3 under the leadership of PBGEN MATTHEW P BACCAY, RD, PRO3 celebrates its 31ST PNP Foundation Day Anniversary which coincided with the Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony held on February 21, 2022 at Camp Captain Julian Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga wherein Pampanga Governor Hon Dennis Pineda was the Guest of Honor and Speaker who was ably represented by 3rd District Pampanga Board Member Atty Ananias L Canlas Jr.
Hon Canlas Jr was welcomed with foyer honors. During his brief speech, Hon Canlas Jr expressed his utmost gratitude to the entire Central Luzon police for making the region peaceful and orderly. He also assures the police that the local government of Pampanga is always willing to extend additional assistance to the police organization in the region.
The simple program was highlighted by the giving of recognition to deserving PNP personnel who have contributed vastly to the upliftment of PNP, PRO3 in particular.
The PNP since its establishment in 1991 has come a long way as a prime member of DILG and has been leading in maintaining peace and order in the society. It has also been a partner in good governance as it ventures in transforming the organization into professionalized cops. (CRIS PALARCA)
