Two-hundred ninety-one (291) new cops have completed their Basic Internal Security Operations Course (BISOC) training and held their graduation ceremony on Friday at the Parade Ground, Gil Puyat Ave, CFZ, Clarkfield, Pampanga with Congressman CHARLIE O COJUANGCO, Representative, 1st District, Tarlac Province as the Guest of Honor and Speaker.
PRO3 Regional Director PBGEN VALERIANO T DE LEON said that the training aims to equip the neophytes with the necessary skills and knowledge particularly in insurgency operations. The BISOC graduates will be assigned at the Regional Mobile Force Battalion 3 in line with President Rodrigo Duterte’s Executive Order No. 70 or the Whole of Nation Approach to End Local Armed Conflict.
