CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- The former 2nd man in command of the National Capital Region Police Office and District Director of Manila Police District assumed his post as the new Regional Director of Police Regional Office 3 on Tuesday (November 20). PCSUPT JOEL NAPOLEON M CORONEL replaced PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS who was appointed as the new head of the PNP Criminal Investigation and Detection Group following the compulsory retirement of PDIR ROEL OBUSAN. “I would like to express my profound gratitude to our C,PNP, PDG ALBAYALDE for the trust and confidence he has given me and, with my gratitude, I offer him my pledge that I shall do my utmost best to perform my duties with the cooperation of every one. I urged everyone to extend to me the same support you have extended to PCSUPT CORPUS so that, together, we will continue to keep PRO3 safe and peaceful at all times,” PCSUPT CORONEL said. He is a member of the PMA Class Hinirang of 1987.
