Michael GRANDE y Balmocena, 35 years old, male, farmer, and resident of Brgy. Coral, Paniqui, Tarlac was arrested by joint personnel of Paniqui MPS and Moncada MPS during manhunt operation at Sitio Pantol, Brgy. Ablang Sapang, Moncada, Tarlac.
GRANDE has strings of warrants of arrest for three (3) counts of Syndicated Estafa under Art. 315, par. 2(A) of the RPC in relation to Sec. 1 of PD 1689 under Criminal Case No. 731-22,732-22 and 733-22 issued by Hon. Stela Marie Quimson Gandia-Asuncion of Regional Trial Court, Third Judicial Region, Branch 106, Paniqui, Tarlac.
