Sicogon island is located in Iloilo province, where property developer Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) and landowners’ group Sicogon Development Corp. (Sideco) will construct a world-class tourist destination and where a group of farmers are allegedly going to be displaced. Both groups assured to resolve the issue in favor of the farmers group.
