Anak Mindanao (AMIN) Party-List Rep. Amihilda Sangcopan shows support to Department of Agrarian Reform Secretary John R. Castriciones during the presentation of the proposed DAR 2019 budget amounting to P8.202-billion for the implementation of the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP). The budget hearing was held at the Prospero C. Nograles Hall, South Wing Annex Bldg. House of Representatives, Batasan Complex on Thursday, August 2, 2018. Sangcopan was previously the DAR Secretary of the Autonomous Region of Muslim Mindanao (ARMM).
