Joel MANIO y De Guzman, 38 years old, male, single, jobless and a resident of Brgy. Camachiles, Mabalacat City, Pampanga.
MANIO was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by HON. Rodrigo Ido Del Rosario, Assisting Judge of RTC Branch 56, Angeles City, for Violation of New Anti-Carnapping Act of 2016, under Criminal Case No. R-ANG-21-00033-CR with No bail recommended.
Said accused is the primary suspect in stealing the tricycle of a certain Gladwin Sulit at Fiesta Communities, Barangay Dapdap, Mabalacat City, Pampanga on November 10, 2020.
