The Social Security System (SSS) is calling on all its pensioners to undergo Annual Confirmation of Pensioners (ACOP) once a year, during their birth month, to ensure continuous receipt of their monthly pension.
Pensioners need to submit the accomplished ACOP form to the nearest SSS office or their pensioj-depository bank to avoid suspension of their monthly pension.
Furthermore, upon request, the SSS will schedule a home visit for pensioners who are unable to walk because of sickness. Submit requests for home visit to the nearest SSS office or send email to member_relations@sss.gov.ph or at pad@sss.gov.ph.
By March 2015, SSS will start suspending the pensions of pensioners who failed to undergo ACOP.
