Umabot halos sa 500 manggagawa mula sa 10 informal sector groups (ISGs) na sakop ng Social Security System (SSS) Congressional Branch ang mga bagong tumanggap ng AlkanSSSya units mula sa tanggapan ng Bise Alkalde ng Quezon City government. Tinanggap ng mga miyembro ang kanilang unit sa ginanap na 2nd Grand Launching ng AlkanSSSya units noong October 9, 2015 sa Quezon City Memorial Circle Basketball Court. Taglay ang temang “Kabuhayang Pinagsikapan, Sa AlkanSSSya, Seguridad Maaasahan,” ito ang ikalawang bahagi ng mass distribution ng mga AlkanSSSya units.

Sakop ng SSS Congressional Branch ang Napocor Village Drivers and Vendors Association at apat na tricycle operators at drivers associations (TODA) kabilang ang Culiat, Eastroad 20, Tandang Sora at Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) Village. Kasama rin dito ang limang local government units na may mga job order (JO) at contractual workers na hindi kabilang sa mandatory GSIS coverage, na binubuo ng Brgy. Ramon Magsaysay  Employees Group, Brgy. Bahay Toro Employees Group, Community Mortgage Program Tandang Sora Association, Office of District 6 Employees Group, at Brgy. Tandang Sora Brgy Workers at JO Association.
