Health Undersecretary Gerardo Bayugo joins cancer survivors in the 24-hour Relay For Life which started at 4pm Friday at the Quezon Memorial Circle. The event, hosted by the Quezon City government, hopes to raise funds to support cancer patients. Mayor Herbert Bautista chairs the Philippine Cancer Society.
