2024 OUTSTANDING OWLENS: The 2024 Outstanding Women in Law Enforcement and National Security (OWLENS) Awardees (standing) from Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), Philippine National Police (PNP), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) and Philippine Army (PA) presents by  Republic Dependers Projects officers led by Chairman Epi Densing (center, seated), P.R.O Ariel Suguitan (left), and President Eddie Choa  in a press conference held at Tandang Sora Hall in Quezon City Sports Complex, E. Rodriguez Aveneu, Quezon City on Wednesday (Mar. 13, 2024). Awardees of the 2024 OWLENS said “regardless of gender, we are deployed in the frontline.” The OWLENS award started in 2019 in Malacanang Palace with then President Rodrigo Roa Duterte wherein on of the advocacies is “women empowerment”. It was stopped  by the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 and it’s now the third OWLENS Award which will held on March 21, 2024. Republic Dependers is nonprofit volunteer organization of both private and public individuals, and supports government programs and projects to eradicate corruption, fight illegal drugs and criminality, and promote volunteerism, good governance and partriotism.
