GOAT FIESTA. Deputy Executive Director Dr. Melvin B. Carlos, of the Department of Science and Technology–Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development (DOST-PCAARRD), takes great pride in partnering with the Central Luzon Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development Consortium (CLAARRDEC) through the leadership and support of the Central Luzon State University (CLSU), the provincial government of Bataan, and the Bataan Peninsula State University (BPSU), in their effort to bring the Goat FIESTA (Farms and Industry Encounters through the Science and Technology Agenda) in Bataan to boost the local goat industry.
