Great Work, a rapidly growing community and office space provider, celebrated the opening of its fourth branch with grand ceremonies in Mandaluyong City. Located on the 32nd floor of Mega Tower in Ortigas Center, the new office spans an impressive 6,000 square meters.

Mayor Benjamin Abalos, Sr., speaking at the event, expressed his excitement to witness the innovations within the new office space. Despite challenges such as the presence of institutions like the Correctional Institute for Women and the Asian Development Bank, Mandaluyong City has thrived, doubling its income from Php4 billion to Php8.3 billion post-pandemic.

National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Undersecretary Ma. Monica P. Pagunsan highlighted the significance of Great Work’s expansion, noting its potential to attract foreign investors. She emphasized the importance of such initiatives in the socio-economic development of the Philippines.

AJ Rocero, a representative of Great Work, described the company as a vibrant community where businesses thrive. With office spaces available on the 24th and 32nd floors of Mega Tower, Great Work offers top-notch services to its growing clientele.

Nikita Yu, Vice President and Managing Director Chief Operating Officer of Great Work, shared the company’s remarkable journey from its inception in 2018 with a modest 500-square-meter office in Quezon City to its current expansion to a 6,000-square-meter space in Mega Tower. Despite challenges like the Covid-19 pandemic, Great Work remained resilient, never shutting down any of its branches and even offering assistance to those in need.

Looking ahead, Great Work plans to extend its reach to the Visayas and Mindanao regions, eyeing locations in Cebu City and Davao City for its future branches.
